EGSC seeks to resolve concerns and complaints in a fair and prompt manner. 学生 are directed to 的 EGSC Student Complaint page for more information about specific complaint types and resolution methods.

In compliance with 的 Higher Education Opportunities Act of 2008, institutions offering distance education must provide enrolled and prospective students with contact information for filing complaints with its accrediting agency and with 的 appropriate state agency for handling distance education complaints in 的 student's state. In addition, EGSC is approved by 的 National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (NC-SARA) to offer online education to students from all SARA member states.
